Dec 31st ~ Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s New Year’s Eve Celebration When: 4:45pm Where: Meet at the Kids Ranch More Info: Festivities start with the Kids' Glow Worm Parade at 5:30pm on Teewinot Run. Note: Kids up to 14-years old, who are comfortable skiing Teewinot, are welcome to participate in the Glow Worm Parade. The parade on Teewinot Run begins at 5:30pm. Come dressed with skis and boots - no poles please! Younger kids will do a shorter parade before older kids. Participation is free and sign up is not required. Parents are not allowed to accompany child skiers. The JHMR staff will put on the traditional Torchlight Parade on Apres-Vous at 6:00pm followed by a renowned fireworks display over Teton Village. Dec 31s ~ Grand Targhee New Year's Eve Torchlight Parade When: 4:00pm starts Where: Slopeside More Info: Come watch or participate in our Torchlight Parade. The Kid's Glowstick Parade is perfect for kids between 5 and 14 who possess basic turning and stopping skills. Participation is limited. Register early. Kids meet at 4:00pm and their parade starts at 4:30pm. Registration is throughout the day at Ski School for the Torchlight Parade. Adult's Torchlight parade is open to skiers and riders 12 and up and space is limited. Roadside flares are used and old clothing is recommended. Meet at 4:45pm at the Ski School and parade starts at 5:30pm. Fireworks show immediately to follow. Ring in the New Year at Branding Iron Grill with a savory four course prix fixe dinner! Dec 31st ~ Snow King Mountain Torchlight Parade and Fireworks When: Torch Light Parade at 6:15pm, Fireworks at 7:00pm Where: Snow King Ball Field More Info: Snow King Mountain will celebrate New Year's Eve with their annual torchlight parade and fireworks! At 5:45pm community participants (who are expert skiers), Snow King Ski Patrol, Ski School attendees, and others will gather at the base and ride the lift to the top of the mountain and zig-zag down in a brilliant parade carrying fire torches.
